President Barack Obama has been a huge supporter of health care reform, so much so that it was during his administration that the health care reform law was enacted.

Obama sees the health care reform law as one of his administration’s achievements. He even mentioned it in his State of The Union address. In his address he took some time to explain the benefits of the newly enacted law. Obama has also said that he is not willing to go back to the time when health insurance companies have the power to refuse a person health insurance coverage because of a pre-existing condition.
